NSI Quality

NSI is committed to offering our customers with a cost effective, efficient and quality service. We recognise that in today’s modern manufacturing you need a robust quality management system to control and monitor your processes.

We hold a valid accreditation to ISO 9001:2008 for the supply of laser cut and welded metal assemblies which is regulated and approved by the BSI institute through regular audits of our quality management system and manufacturing processes.

NSI is based upon offering complete customer satisfaction and is what drives us forward. We continually challenge our employees to meet these requirements and are focused on improving their knowledge through in-house and external training programs. We recognise that training our employees and providing them with the skills to carry out their daily duties is an essential part of providing a quality product to our customers. This policy along with our commitment to monitor and improve our manufacturing processes through continuous improvement is embedded within the structure of our company and is the driving force behind our success and our future growth.

NSI Quality Policy

The policy of NSI GROUP is to provide products and service which give total satisfaction and meet any legal/regulatory requirements.

We recognise that the continued future success of the Company depends on the price, delivery and quality of our products and the quality of service provided. The quality of our products and service must be of the highest possible standard if we are to meet the ever increasing demands by our Customers. We intend to provide goods and service which are fit for purpose and completely meet our Customers requirements.

One of our quality objectives is to maintain requirements of BS EN ISO 9001: 2008 and achieve and retain status as a registered firm of assessed capability. Quality objectives shall be established and reviewed at the annual review meeting.

Conformance to the procedures of the quality management system is mandatory upon all employees, and this shall ensure achievement of our quality objectives and continual improvement. The Company shall ensure that the quality policy is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels within our organisation.

In addition to strict adherence to these procedures, we need continually to develop and maintain the right attitude towards high quality achievement throughout the Company. Only in this way will we achieve our Company Quality Policy of complete Customer satisfaction.
