The NSI Group has a total of four 5-axis laser machines with over 400 hours a week of 3D laser processing capacity. We were the first in the U.K to offer our customers the next generation of 3D processing technology, Trumpf’s Truecell 7040.
NSI can offer a complete 3D processing solution, from tooling development projects to JIT production. Our team of engineers with over 20 years of 3D processing experience can advise and implement the best solution to meet your requirement.
To support our 3D laser service we also offer our own in-house fixture design and build service using the very latest cad cam design techniques.
NSI has developed a comprehensive computerised production and stock control management system. This state of the art system gives NSI and our customers real time knowledge of stocks, part production status and also the ability to link specific quality control documents tailored to meet your requirements.
All this information can be viewed and downloaded using our secure log on facility via our web page. Critical quality documents can be traced to deliveries of parts and downloaded to provide full traceability through our system.
This system is unique to the industry and totally re-defines how our customers can gain vital information to maintain and control their flow of parts.
