CNC Machining
NSI has three Vertical Machining centres capable of producing 3D parts up to 1270mm long, 508mm wide and 635mm high.
Utilising the very latest technology we can reduce lead times and produce high volume cost effective parts for our customers.
We use quick release clamping to keep down time to a minimum and also can check 1st off parts at the machine using our Faro arm technology to make sure your parts meet the stringent tolerances required for accurate machined parts.
Inspection reports can be supplied with the batch of parts for full traceability throughout our processes if required.
CNC Turning
Our Haas CNC ST-25 Lathe has a 12 station tool turret for fast and accurate tool changes. It has the capability of turning bar up to a diameter of 76mm and 533mm maximum length of finished parts.
It also is linked to a Hydro feed automatic bar loader which can hold bars with a 1500mm maximum length. This keeps downtime for bar feeding to a minimum and is ideal for high volume production to maximise machine efficiency. It is also equipped with a parts catcher so the machine is consistently manufacturing parts and not standing idle.
As with our CNC Machining, Inspection reports can be supplied with the batch of parts for full traceability throughout our processes if required.
